More than 700 diary companies have submitted letter of guarantee recently to General administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of China , according to news from Xinhua.
All these 700 companies passed the quality inspection recently after the Tainted Sanlu milk powder scandal.
These companies stated in the letter that they will strictly conform to China's regulations and shoulder social responsibility. They will not use counterfeit and shoddy products.
